I absolutely loved the seasonal outdoor pool! The vibe was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home!

The check-in experience was friendly and welcoming, but that was where the comfort ended. The suite’s outdated decor reminded me of childhood vacations, which was nice, but the overall cleanliness was poor. The air conditioning struggled to provide relief, and the room smelled musty. Stains on the sheets were alarming, and dirt in the bathroom made it uninviting. The noise level was concerning, particularly with disturbances outside. The furniture was worn, and one table even had a broken leg. Significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed for a more comfortable stay.

Check-in was smooth thanks to a friendly staff member working the night shift. She was a bright spot amidst an otherwise disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. A persistent smell permeated the space, reminiscent of dog waste, and I encountered multiple roaches in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the water in the tub drained poorly, leaving us standing in murky water. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. Some rooms showed signs of damage, making it uncomfortable for families traveling with children. While the receptionist attempted to assist, her demeanor was rude and dismissive. I will be contacting corporate for a full refund. Seeking safety and cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this location fell short.

Enjoyed the 24-hour reception, free breakfast, and swim in the pool. Facilities were convenient and appreciated the central location. An okay base for exploring the area.
Just loved the unexpected nightly visit from a noisy light fixture in my room.

I enjoyed how close this place is to Sea World, which is about 7 kilometers away, and it’s just a short stroll to great dining options like Wendy's less than a 5-minute walk and Teppanyaki Grill & Buffet just about 1.3 kilometers away, plus you can also explore the lovely Tom Slick Park located around 2.5 kilometers from here for a nice afternoon stroll; however, the hotel service could definitely use some improvement.

The breakfast is served a little late, but it does offer a nice variety. It's conveniently close to shops and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

Customer service had its ups and downs. The morning staff was friendly and helpful, but the night receptionist was rude and dismissive about our TV issue, telling us to kick rocks. The room size was generous, and the location was convenient, but the cleanliness was concerning—there were stains on the sheets and a strong odor, plus the troubling presence of roaches. Showering was unpleasant with drainage issues, and a ceiling repair was needed. the commitment of some staff shone through, but significant improvements are necessary for comfort and hospitality.

Our room was a nightmare—dirty sheets, roaches everywhere, and the TV didn’t work. The tub wouldn’t drain, leaving us standing in water while showering. The whole place felt neglected and gross. Definitely not a place I’d recommend!

The room had ample space and a working flat-screen TV, which was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day. the room had a strong odor when we first entered, like it had been closed up for a while. The bathroom left much to be desired, with towels and washcloths that seemed very cheap. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many stores and restaurants nearby. It made it easy to grab a meal or do some shopping without having to travel far. One thing that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the room. We encountered some cleanliness issues, like burn holes in one of the beds and a questionable shower that didn't work properly. the bathroom sink was clogged and leaked, which was quite inconvenient. Super 8 provided a decent place to rest our heads for the night, but there were definitely areas that could use some attention to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

During my xmas stay, the price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, close to a popular theme park and shopping areas. The air conditioner worked well, ensuring a comfortable environment during the stay.

The lobby was welcoming and the property was surprisingly quiet despite its location near a busy highway. The pool area was small but enjoyable. The payment process was easy and the location was convenient for visiting fiesta, the San Antonio Missions ball park, and Sea World. The price was fair for what you get.
The lack of cleanliness in the motel grounds due to dog poop left unattended was a major downside.

We chose Super 8 for its convenient location near Aquatica San Antonio. The customer service agents were also helpful with security questions and answers. We enjoyed world-class dining, golf, and shopping at Ingram Park Mall.
Room was a complete mess.

stayed at super 8 for 3 nights and got a great deal for a 2-room suite with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and good security. the room had a large bathroom vanity area and an elevator for easy luggage transport.
